Infertility

The inability to reproduce by natural means is also known as infertility. Female infertility can be caused by many sources such as nutrition, diseases or any other malformations of the uterus. As for male infertility, common causes include: low sperm count, low sperm mobility and motility, or even abnormal sperm shape.

Primary infertility is when a couple has not conceived for 12 months of trying without using birth control. Secondary infertility is when a couple has previously conceived but no longer able to.

Stem cells contribute to an effective percentage of infertility treatment, and this percentage varies from person to person, depending on the cause of infertility (hereditary, non-genetic), age, gender, and other factors.
